Pottery Studio LDN is a creative and welcoming studio located in London’s Design District, Greenwich — just a short walk from North Greenwich Underground Station. We’re perfect for group events including birthdays, celebrations with friends and family, work socials, team building, and more. Our bright and relaxed space can accommodate groups of up to 24 people.

Enjoy a 2-hour pottery painting session with your group. Arrive, set up your drinks and snacks, mingle, and then get creative! No experience needed — just fun and creativity.

What are the options?

                                                                                                                                      

Pottery Painting BYOB: Paint something from our wide range of ready to paint pieces from plates, bowls, mugs, vases and plant pots. Once you arrive, you can, get out your drinks and snacks, have a little mingle and chat, then after a few instructions, it’s over to you. The most difficult part is choosing what your design will look like. Never underestimate how long procrastination takes! These sessions last 2 hours.

Price Option 1: £26 pp (minimum spend) - this includes guidance and all materials, glazing, firing costs, and pottery up to the price of £20! Additionally, one hot drink or coffee, on us! Minimum 10 people.

Extra fees apply if you paint something more expensive. Speciality drinks not included. 

Price Option 2: £32 pp(minimum spend) - this includes all materials, glazing, firing costs, and pottery up to the price of £27! Additionally, one hot drink or coffee, on us!(discount on studio fee, usually £6 per person). Minimum 10 people.

Extra fees apply if you paint something more expensive. Speciality drinks not included. 

Each package price is the minimum charge per person. If a guest chooses pottery above the included value, they can simply pay the difference on the day.

You’re welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks - it’s part of the relaxed social atmosphere! (Café purchases are separate.) Minimum 10 people.

                                                                                                                                  

Other Group Experiences

We also offer a variety of interactive workshops that work beautifully for groups who want something a little different:

Hand Building: Make your own creations from clay using the hand building technique. Once you arrive you can and get settled, you'll listen to your instructor who will demonstrate the technique and all the different ways you can decorate your finished piece. You can decide to either paint your finished item on the day or choose from our different colour stoneware glazes, in which case we will glaze it once it has completely dried and gone through it’s first firing. These sessions last 2 hours.

Price: £50 pp - this includes all tools, materials, glaze and firing costs.
You are welcome to BYOB!

Peacock Glazing Technique: This is a wonderful workshop for those who would like to create beautiful glaze effects on stoneware bowls. Create your own designs using our range of underglazes (paints), stoneware glazes and flux. When you combine these 3 ingredients, amazing things happen in the kiln and the beauty of it is that it will be a complete surprise when you get it back 2 weeks later, but we can guarantee they will look beautiful. Create them as a gift or to add to your home decor.

Price: £55 pp - this includes 2 stoneware bowls, paints, glazes,  all tools & materials,
kiln firing, guidance and teaching.

Please note: You will get your bowls back 2 weeks later, so please factor that in if you plan to give them as gifts.

Pottery Wheel: These workshops are great for a maximum of 6 participants, so if you have a group of friends or colleagues and want to have some fun on the wheel, then this is a great option. After watching a demonstrations from one of our teachers, it will be over to you to have a go at making your own pots. Don’t worry we will be guiding and helping you along the way! These sessions last 2 hours.

Price: £60 pp for a group booking of 6 people minimum - this includes all tools, material and equipment, glaze and firings.
