Make a coral vase
This one day hand-building workshop is aimed at improvers and intermediate potters as it leans into 3 different hand-building techniques throughout the day.
To start with, we will be using the coiling technique to add some height to some already thrown cylinders.
Next, we will be rolling slabs of clay and attaching those to our cylinder. We then pinch the wet slabs to frill the coral out.
